"So, my boss is pretty awesome this time around. Now, if we were talking about my former boss, we might have to do something different. But this boss has been epic, including me in everything and downright just giving me the freedom to create like I want to. So, um, ecstatic with working with her."

A glowing performance review
"To give my boss a performance review. What are they doing, how are they doing? They're doing awesome. I have to say I work for an awesome company. I work for great people. Great boss, and I could not ask for anything more. They're doing great. The reason why they're so great is they give me a ton of respect. I feel super appreciated and they're not, you know, too overbearing. They let me have freedom, and that's the way to go. And they're always super nice and respectful, and I couldn't even ask for anything more."

"You know, I'd say, like everyone, my boss is doing the best they can considering the circumstances, you know, with the pandemic and everything. But, um, my one complaint is they definitely could be more supportive of the staff and reach out more to check in on everyone's mental health and see how everyone's doing throughout this whole thing."

"I think my boss could improve by just showing that she appreciates her employees more than she, like, actually does. She doesn't really give compliments to anyone. She kinda just does her own thing, kind of tells us what to do and not really appreciates any of the work we do, and that's what, like, kind of makes her employees not like her too much."
