Ease up the pressure - it's not brain surgery!
"Um, I would have to say for not my current boss but previous bosses, um, direction would be really helpful and to not put so much pressure. We're just serving ads. Um, we're not doing brain surgery."

Current boss: Epic! Former boss: not so much.
"So, my boss is pretty awesome this time around. Now, if we were talking about my former boss, we might have to do something different. But this boss has been epic, including me in everything and downright just giving me the freedom to create like I want to. So, um, ecstatic with working with her."

Slipping on time requests. What's with that?
"Mr. Boss Man, I'm glad that you can join me today. Now, I see that your performance in the past five years that you've been working with me has been great, but this last month you've been really awful at accepting time requests. What- what's the deal with that? I don't know. "

No complaints, besides the hair.
"I have no complaints at all right now. Everything's great, boss is great. Um, you know, I think he had some complaints about my hairdo, but it wasn't too bad. So, I had to shave it all off. Well, you see the result."

A glowing performance review
"To give my boss a performance review. What are they doing, how are they doing? They're doing awesome. I have to say I work for an awesome company. I work for great people. Great boss, and I could not ask for anything more. They're doing great. The reason why they're so great is they give me a ton of respect. I feel super appreciated and they're not, you know, too overbearing. They let me have freedom, and that's the way to go. And they're always super nice and respectful, and I couldn't even ask for anything more."

Boss goes from 0 to thousand MPH.
"Okay, my boss is generally wonderful. I love him to death, but he goes from, like, zero to 60 on everything. Is it 60? - a hundred, a thousand, whatever. He goes from being, like, doesn't care about anything at all to being right with his nose in the middle of everything, and from being, like, completely nonchalant to being at-"

A big 'F' for my boss.
"Right now I'd like to give my boss a big fat F, and that's only because I'm sure she'd give me that right now. But I know it's only because, like, tensions are really high and things are pretty stressful at work. Um, but that just means lots of room to improve, right?"

A great boss makes for a great job.
"If I were to give my boss a performance review, I would tell them that they are doing great by encouraging their workers to work as hard as they can every day."

A fat A-plus - and more days off.
"I would say that my boss can improve by giving me more days off? I don't know, he's pretty great. I can't complain. Big fat A-plus."

A-star for an awesome boss.
"I'd have to give my boss an A. Super nice guy, always trying to make me reach my limits and they're always pushing me harder to, eh, to improve myself. So yeah, A-star."

A 'boss' list of improvements.
"Hey, uh, thanks for coming into my office. Uh, you're doing a great job. Um, there are some things that I would think you could improve on. I've written them down on a checklist. Um, if you could just work on 'em, um, I think it would, uh, make it a better environment for all of us, uh, to work with you."

A little appreciation would be nice.
"Um, I guess one thing I guess my boss could improve on is, like, just showing a little bit more appreciation for the workers and effort - hardworking effort that we put into coming in and showing up and all that good stuff, so."

Overall, doing a superb job, Boss!
"Overall, my boss is doing a great job - great leader and a great team motivator. If there's one thing that we could improve on, it's just constant communication of what's needs to be done. But overall, superb job."

Respond to my emails quicker and we'll see...
"I would give my boss, Amy, a four out of five. She is super awesome. I think we've made great work together. But I'm deducting a point because she never responds to my emails on time."

Some moral support and we're good.
"You know, I'd say, like everyone, my boss is doing the best they can considering the circumstances, you know, with the pandemic and everything. But, um, my one complaint is they definitely could be more supportive of the staff and reach out more to check in on everyone's mental health and see how everyone's doing throughout this whole thing."

Some compliments would go a long way.
"I think my boss could improve by just showing that she appreciates her employees more than she, like, actually does. She doesn't really give compliments to anyone. She kinda just does her own thing, kind of tells us what to do and not really appreciates any of the work we do, and that's what, like, kind of makes her employees not like her too much."
