"Okay, this is a hard one. The first thing I would buy, I would buy an asset that would make me money. I would buy an asset and then from there, I would ride in state so I can do it in my own home. Then, I would buy another asset, which would be like a duplex apartment. My first asset would be a business. I would buy a business and my second asset would be an apartment duplex. "I would buy or build my dream house. It would have 10 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, a finished basement on at least 15 acres. It would have swimming pools, hot tubs, sporting courts, whatever my kids would want. We would have all the recreational vehicles you want, golf carts, RVs, boats. I would build the perfect getaway piece of land for ourselves."
