"Melatonin. I've been taking it for a few years now. I mean, I don't think I ever really had the hardest time sleeping, but I was given the tip by a friend. And is available everywhere. So I take a pill of that. It's helped me get my eight hours every day. So I'm pretty happy about that."

Get in the right sleep environment
"What's a good hack for falling asleep faster? I have a few. It's very important to me. Sleep is big for me. I like a great sleep environment. So for me a good sleep starts with a hot shower before bed. I also can't be too hungry, a nice glass of water. I like to be clean and I like to be full when I go to sleep, and I feel that really helps. Also it being super dark, super quiet. And you want the right temperature, So if you like cold or warm..."

"So in order to fall asleep faster, I do three things. The first thing I do is I go to the toilet. The second thing I do is take a really long drink of water because I feel like if you're hydrated that helps you sleep a lot easier. And the third thing I do is sleep on my stomach. I don't really know what the science is behind it, but whenever I fall asleep on my stomach, I always fall asleep like that. So yeah, give that a shot."

Try a podcast to get to sleep faster.
"Okay, so there's this podcast out there called 'Sleep With Me' and no lie, every time that I've used it to try and get to sleep I'm asleep within 10 minutes. Which is a big deal for me. Um, it's hard to turn my brain off sometimes. But yeah, it's just this guy talking and like telling a really weird, rambling story that doesn't make sense. And somehow it just like magically makes me sleepy every time. It's amazing."

Falling asleep is hard!
"I have no idea what a good life hack is for falling asleep. I would really like to know. I have a lot of trouble falling asleep. So I'm not necessarily here to answer this question. I'm really here to listen to other people's answers. And, you know, steal their advice. Um, you know if I got to say something: hope and a prayer, baby, hope and a prayer."

Try a cup of tea to get to sleep faster.
"Well, I don't know if this counts as a hack, but what I usually do when I want to fall asleep is have, like, a cup of tea. And yeah, with some honey. And that would usually do the trick!"

For better sleep, read between the lines
"I think one of the best ways to fall asleep faster is actually reading a book, not on a screen, though, but an actual book. This helps you kind of try to focus on the individual words. And then when you realize that you're reading something over and over again, like the same paragraph for the same sentence, then it's time to put the book down."
