"How do I get inspired to workout? I just remind myself why I'm starting in the first place. You know. I find a way to dig deep and push past. Ya know. I, I figure out a way to put my body in an adaptation response."

Dieting doesn't work without going to the gym
"I also diet. I've dieted for a while now, for about five years and I'll be able to hold off 40 pounds and a big reason that's possible is because I use exercise as well. And if I didn't go to the gym, than you're you're only hurting yourself for any kind of diet. So that's a big inspiration right there. So it really inspires me to go to the gym because that's again a big part of the process if you want to have a successful diet."

Change up your workout routine!
"So I get inspired to work out by choosing workouts that I actually want to do, and that sound fun and interesting to me. I don't force myself to stick to a routine. I really don't stick to a routine; I just kind of do whatever sounds good in the moment. As long as I'm getting some sort of movement in, I just try and make it fun. So I go on YouTube and just like search through different random workouts until I find one that sounds fun, or I'll go to a workout class because I love those. So, I just keep it fun."

That "feel good" feeling is workout inspiration.
"Honestly, my inspiration for working out is just knowing that I am going to feel better afterwards. It's the endorphins. It's the happy feelings. It's my happy place. That's.. That's my inspiration. So. Um.. just that's what it is. Uh, Probably not the best advice for anybody who doesn't feel that way. But it does for me."

Getting out and about is inspiration enough
"How do you get inspired to workout? Well, I kind of don't. I feel like actually working out is just not something I'm really into it. I do it sometimes, but it's not my favorite. My favorite type of being out and about is just being active, so doing active activities with friends. Me and my friends were going to go rock climbing. We went roller skating the other day, and just walking as much as possible. So I try to take stairs instead of elevators and just being active that way."

"I don't really work out due to the nature of some of my medical issues. I used to go running when I was younger and the best way to get hyped up for me was just to listen to some music man. Just put on some some high octane rock and roll and just let the music wash over you. And.. [grunts] You're motivated."

Working from home is workout inspiration
"It's basically my need to get out of my house. I'm a video editor, so I'm all the time in my house in front of our computer. So, any chance I have to get out of my house and work out, do something, do something that I'm always... that always inspires me to, you know, do something."

"So I really don't work out that much. I also don't go to the gym, but what I like to do is, every once in a while like if the weather is really nice, I like to go for a walk around my neighborhood. And one way that I really feel inspired to workout is when I'm listening to music. So if I'm listening to a really upbeat song or a song that I really like, it just motivates me to try even harder and put some more effort into it."

"Seeing as inspiration and motivation are completely different things, I get inspiration from seeing other people working out and seeing videos and hearing music and reading about how working out is really healthy. Now keeping up the motivation to working out... That's a completely different thing!"
