One generational challenge is staying determined
"What is the biggest challenge facing your generation? For sure I think that's it's figuring out what we want; who we are. Like where we stand, being truthful to who we are and staying strong in our truth because a lot of people... they're kinda all over the place. They're not so sure. They change their mind a lot. They're not so focused. Focus. Be determined, knowing what you want and just going for it and not looking back, not feeling weird, not feeling nervous. That's the way to go."

We're at war with each other.
"I think it's kinda difficult to pinpoint the biggest challenge, uh, we're facing because there's so many levels. But I guess not. There's just, you know, we're at, like, at war as a people, which is dumb. Um, just can everybody just sit down? Like, stop? Um, we just need to figure out how to be civil and, like, not be angry and at war all the time with each other."

Saying 'yes' to overworking.
"Um, I think the biggest challenge facing my generation, and I'm guilty of it too, is saying 'yes' to too many things, uh, spreading ourselves super thin, because we live in such an active lifestyle that tells us to say 'yes' to every opportunity that comes our way and not pass things up because you don't know what that opportunity could lead to, then leads to us spreading ourselves really, really thin, uh, and not leaving time for, you know, outside things of relaxation and taking care of yourself and relationships and things like that. Um, so, kinda, I would say overworking is definitely a problem that my generation faces."

"This might sound kind of dumb, but I think the biggest challenge that millennials are probably facing is actually student loan debt. I know that it's way into the trillions of dollars, and for somebody to be stuck with x-amount of money that they're unable to pay off for years and years and years kinda means we don't become our own adult until forty or fifty or even later at times."
