ANABELLE SAYS: "During quarantine I followed my instincts more, meaning that, for me, it was time to trust myself, trust in what I believe in so that I could shut down the chaos that was going all around us around that time, and especially during quarantine, I did not stop working. Um, I still went to work. I still drove to work. Um, therefore, it was easier for me to center myself, to meditate more, and to really shut down what was going on around so I could keep my sanity really. So, I don't know if it's a skill. It's not a hobby. Perhaps a wisdom. So, definitely, follow my instincts, meditate more, trust myself and really gain confidence in myself. "
