CHRIS P SAYS: "I think my boss could improve by just showing that she appreciates her employees more than she, like, actually does. She doesn't really give compliments to anyone. She kinda just does her own thing, kind of tells us what to do and not really appreciates any of the work we do, and that's what, like, kind of makes her employees not like her too much."
