But sometimes I'm laying in bed or just sitting in life and I'm just on my phone like, Oh, this is bad, And this is bad, And this is bad, and suddenly all these major world events or all these crises is are just in my life as a real thing. And it's like I can't do anything about it, but I also can't stop reading about it. So you know that's on me."
