EMMA M SAYS: "A bad habit that I just can't give up is biting my nails. I used to do it a lot when I was in high school, but that was mainly an anxiety and stress relief thing. So, while I'm nowhere near as anxious or stressed out nowadays, occasionally it just comes up when I'm in a certain mood. So, yeah, it's pretty bad!"
