EMMA M SAYS: "So in order to fall asleep faster, I do three things. The first thing I do is I go to the toilet. The second thing I do is take a really long drink of water because I feel like if you're hydrated that helps you sleep a lot easier. And the third thing I do is sleep on my stomach. I don't really know what the science is behind it, but whenever I fall asleep on my stomach, I always fall asleep like that. So yeah, give that a shot."
