JERAMY B SAYS: "So we only have one family recipe in our very small family and that is cheese noodles. What it is is small shell noodles, bacon and cottage cheese, and it's served warm. You might think it's served cold, you might think it's like a pasta salad. But no, it's served warm and salted. And it is divine. It's so terribly unhealthy for you, but it is divine in a bowl. Originally, as a little history lesson, it was served with spinach or peas. We don't add those, though. But cheese noodles."
