SHIV12 SAYS: "One big quality that I look for in my dream home is the type of flooring, you know, in the space. I am somebody who likes to change up my style every couple of years. I don't like the same consistently, or the same thing consistently. Or I also want, like, an open layout. I think that's crucial. And when I'm, you know, having friends or family over, I wanna be able to entertain and also be able to spend time with them. If there's a wall covering the kitchen and the dining room or the wall - kitchen and the living room, um, that house is a no-go for me."
