SONYA SAYS: "Okay, this is probably going to be a very cliché answer, but I think that everyone needs to improve on their self-awareness, and that, like, encompasses how you feel about yourself, being confident in yourself, being secure in yourself, and just being aware that, like, we're all human beings, and we're all, like living this, like, imperfect life. Like, we're just figuring it out, and there's going to be challenges and you're going to do bad things sometimes, and you're going to do good things, and it's just, like, having that awareness of being kind and- to yourself, and just being aware that that's just going to happen, so just be nice to yourself."
